Bluestar PLM in general

Answer: We will help you with migrating every existing PLM/PDM, CAD or other documentation data.

Answer: We are building on customer feedback and suggestions, which quite often gets built into Bluestar PLM. However, we are open for one-off, customer-specific requests as well.

Answer: PDM technology has existed since 1988, always adapting to the new opportunities and challenges brought in by the ever-changing IT and manufacturing business. We believe that our experience and 30+ years of existence is a good indicator that Bluestar will continue to be an important and competent member of the PLM market.

Bluestar PLM system and data management

Answer: Yes, Bluestar PLM provides a dashboard feature that enables users to access key performance indicators (KPIs), project status updates, and other important data related to their product lifecycle management processes.

The dashboard offers a user-friendly and customizable interface, allowing users to view and analyze information relevant to their specific roles and responsibilities within the organization. This facilitates better decision-making and helps keep teams aligned and informed throughout the product development process.

Answer: Bluestar PLM supports both mechanical and electric CAD systems, whose data can be managed in the same environment.

Answer: The support for Bluestar does not stop at implementation.


Answer:
Bluestar supports reusability in different ways: the classification and attribute system helps you find the exact item or component you are looking for, while there are other reusability options within the CAD system (supported by machine learning).

Answer: We are evaluating the new function’s effects and the possibilities it can open for Bluestar first, then we do the adjustment to support it as soon as possible.


Answer:
It is not necessary, Bluestar PLM support AX 2012 as well. In case of upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, we can upgrade Bluestar as well.
